These terms govern purchases from IRON & HIDE through this website. By placing an order you accept them together with the terms restated in your order confirmation email.

Products and the sample catalog

This storefront currently presents a sample catalog: styles, specifications and prices shown are the intended live range, presented so customers can evaluate the store before trading begins. Product descriptions state materials as accurately as we can; leather is a natural material and grain, tone and texture will vary slightly between individual jackets — that variation is a property of real leather, not a defect.

Prices and currency

All prices are listed in US dollars. CAD figures shown by the currency switch are approximate conversions at 1 USD = 1.36 CAD for guidance; checkout and payment are in USD, and the USD price governs in any discrepancy.

Orders

An order placed through this site generates an order reference and a summary. Your order is confirmed when we reply by email confirming availability, shipping and payment arrangements. Until online payment is activated, no contract is formed and no payment is taken on the basis of the website submission alone.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is as described in the Shipping Policy; returns and refunds follow the Returns & Refund Policy. The versions of those pages current at your order's confirmation apply to your purchase.

Intellectual property

The IRON & HIDE name, logo and site content belong to the store's owner. Styles described as "inspired" reference general fashion silhouettes only; nothing on this site claims affiliation with any celebrity, team, film or third-party brand.
