Are your leather jackets real leather?
Most are — genuine cowhide, top-grain leather, lambskin, suede or shearling — and each product page states the exact material and thickness. Two styles are faux leather (synthetic polyurethane); they are labelled "faux leather (synthetic)" in their name, specifications and price data, and priced much lower.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your chest (and waist for women's fitted styles) and compare with the garment measurements described in our Size Guide. Leather relaxes about half a size with wear, so a snug-but-comfortable first fit is correct for close styles like cafe racers and motos. If you plan heavy layering, size up.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes — we ship across the United States and Canada. Prices can be viewed in CAD using the currency switch (an approximate conversion from USD at 1 USD = 1.36 CAD; checkout is in USD). See the Shipping Policy for delivery and cross-border duties information.
How do I pay for my order?
Online payment activates when our payment provider (cards / PayPal) is connected. Until then, orders are confirmed by email: place your order, send us the order reference from the confirmation page, and we confirm availability, shipping and payment with you directly. No card details are ever taken on this website.
What is your return policy?
Unworn jackets with tags attached can be returned within the window stated in the Returns & Refund Policy — read it before ordering, and keep the jacket's tags on until you are sure of the fit. The terms confirmed in your order email govern your purchase.
How long will my jacket last?
A genuine leather jacket, conditioned twice a year and stored on a wide hanger, typically serves 15–25 years. Shearling lasts similarly with fleece care. Faux leather is a shorter-life material — usually 3–6 years of regular wear before flex points can crack.
How do I care for my leather jacket?
Condition smooth leather once or twice a year, spray suede with protector before wear and brush it regularly, brush shearling fleece gently, and wipe faux leather clean. Full routines for every material are in the Leather Care Guide.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings?
Because this storefront currently presents a sample catalog and we will not invent reviews. When verified customer reviews exist for a product, they will be published on its page with the rating shown honestly — including the critical ones.
Is the shearling real sheepskin?
Yes. Our shearling jackets and coat are real sheepskin — a single pelt with the wool fleece left on. Part the fleece on a real shearling and you see it growing from the hide itself; faux shearling shows a fabric backing. We do not sell faux shearling.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us by email with your order reference as soon as possible. Because orders are confirmed by email before payment is arranged, changes are straightforward at that stage. After dispatch, the Returns & Refund Policy applies.
