This policy explains what information IRON & HIDE collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. It is written plainly, because privacy policies should be.

What we collect

On this website itself: your shopping bag, wishlist, recently viewed items and currency choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) on your device. They are not accounts and they are not sent to us.

When you contact us or place an order: the details you send by email — name, email address, delivery address, phone number and your order contents — are used to answer you, fulfil your order and provide support. Order details sent from the confirmation page travel by your own email client to our business inbox.

Payments

This website does not collect or store card or bank details. When online payment is activated it will be processed by a regulated payment provider, and this policy will be updated to name it.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used in aggregate to understand which products and guides are useful — not to build advertising profiles of individuals.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the carriers and providers needed to deliver your order, and only the parts they need.

Your choices

You can clear your bag and wishlist at any time by clearing your browser's site data. To ask what order information we hold for you, or to have it deleted, email harisleadgen8+ironhide@gmail.com.
